Sorry, but illegal immigrants have no right to sue for anything in this country. And it’s funny how concerned the Biden admin is with the conditions in which children were kept under the prior admin but apparently have zero concern regarding those conditions under their own oversight. There’s no doubt Biden and others are intentionally making the border problem worse, among other things.

Cicero wrote of the importance of the need to "distinguish between citizen and foreigner" as an obligation of a functional society. Remember, this is a man that saw the death of the Republic- one that handed out citizenships and grain allowances like candy in its final days.

I've always been under the impression that the Constitution, Amendments, and Bill of Rights covering individual rights and liberties were written only for citizens of the US - and perhaps extended in some instances to cover people here legally. Somehow the concept of citizenship, belonging, and the expressed protections for those who fall into the category of "citizen" seems to have been lost.

I still firmly believe that full socialism is really communism and that communism can only exist in a totalitarian state. People can write all the manifestos and other garbage they want; but in the end, people are individuals and not part of the herd. You can get some to believe in working for others, but most people live for and work for themselves and perhaps their immediate family. That fight for self preservation and protection is universal and the reason that full socialism can only happen when freedom is taken and replaced by the state ... and that is totalitarianism under any name including fascism that liberals so craftily worded to exclude - those other totalitarians they don't approve of.

They are contemplating paying anyone separated from their family or children at the border 475k each because of a lawsuit. We are going to pay reparations to illegals because they broke the law.
