This is an interesting concept. Think of the concept in this way: In cyber-security, when an intruder is found on the inside, they'll often let them go about their business while tracking and documenting their movements. That way, if/when they take them to court, they have all the evidence already on hand, properly logged, documented, and forensically sound.

It's an open and shut case.

It would be interesting if US Intel agencies knew the plot, tracked the activity, and knew all along they can take this to court and point out every illegal ballet, with proof.

I think the Dem strategy is to lose, but create enough doubt in the outcome via mail-in voting, election interference, etc to attempt to invalidate the election results.

This is getting close to nut cutting time. Yes, with the right strategy as far as harvesting votes and throwing out votes, I could very easily see this thing going in Biden's favor.
