eh not if grant commits to ohio state.. they would be overloaded with linebackers and his mom wants him to come to tennessee....

Last I saw UT is rated around 40-45 nationally. Got a ways to go to even make the top 25, 20, etc...

The qb's mentioned or left certainly won't make much of a difference.

Actually, while in Miami a couple weeks ago, a local (or at least an English speaking) sports talk radio host was interviewing some one from a recruiting service. Not really being one that pays a lot of attention to recruiting, I did not note what service. But the guy did seem to speak with some authority and was up on most every school called in about. Anyway the ONLY reason I caught what he was saying, he made mention that both UT and UM (Thug University) were battling to try and make it to at least the top 40th ranked classes nationally.

Didn't really have anything to do with Hillbilly rithmictic as it did w Miami math.

Yeah but that was a couple of weeks ago. Two weeks makes a big difference, especially the closer you get to signing day.

anyone know anything about were nick stephens is leaning towards.. heard he is going to commit today or tommorrow..

Did he officially de-commit from Ole miss? It seems to me, and maybe I'm paranoid, that a lot of kids who committed early this year are just toying with the fans and the media by saying they might reconsider. Not to down the Nicker, but i am not nearly as excited about him as I was at the prospect of getting Mustain. At this point I'm just hopeful that Ainge or Crompton can get the job done.

You really should check out about nick... He would be lot higher in the recruiting standings but he wasnt allowed to play his junior year cause of transfering rules... his coach says he would be the number 1 player coming out of the state of texas if it wasnt for that. he is a top 11 qb and has a rifle for an arm.. yes he decomitted and said ole miss wont even be in the factor of choices.. its between tennessee and michigan..

To say he would be the #1 coming out of Texas is pretty strong considering that the #1 guy in the nation, Matt Stafford, is from Texas but if he comes to UT I'll give him the benefit of the doubt. I see we inched up a spot to #24 according to Rivals.
