Recruiting could be taking off with multiple coaching changes...

Ole Miss can't afford to fire another HC after one bad season. They cant afford to fire Nutt period.

You saying RR getting fired is a possibility?

Yes, but I do not think that it would be smart.

The thought persist that they may be able to get Harbaugh, who may be able to get whatever job he wants inlcuing some NFL looks this season. The problem is that UM made strides on offense this year and are young on that side of the ball. If you bring in a coach that does not run RR's style, you have to again go through 2-3 years of change on that side of the ball.

I thought there was a problem with Harbaugh and UM, some kind of bickering or something.

I just hope with all the coaching shake ups that UTs staff stays intact and that UT can steal a couple of recruits..

I want Bellamy on the team so bad I could claim homo

(no homo)

Puke in my mouth funny!!! :lolabove:

On that subject; open letter to Mr. Bellamy:

Mr. Bellamy, we just became bowl eligible today. With that there's a decent chance we face Clemson in the Music City Bowl. If so, let's go all in: Winner of the game recieves your services in the backfield for the next 3-4 years. Whadda ya say?

Thanks,
Tennessee Volunteers

Vol Staff needs to stick with the players who are solid verbals and have been recruiting other players. If not, you'll pay in the long run with bad press.

Well they're not gonna pull Devrin cause Dooley wants him for special teams pretty bad. Anyone heard about Ambles?

I would have to assume that Gus Malzon would be the #1 coaching prospect. Also maybe the HC's at Boise and TCU.

We can't ask Downs, Clear, Rome or Drew to greyshirt because they have multiple D1 offers. They won't come to UT to get greyshirted when they could go somewhere else and not get greyshirted. DY on the other hand would probably come to UT even if we asked him to greyshirt unless he'd rather play at a school like Carson-Newman.

Let's get Clear, Rome & Drew & THEN worry about what to do. Why jump the gun about this & piss off DY or any of our other commitments?

This would be a great problem to have, though!

There's already been discussion about possible coaching staff shakeups, but now that Randy Shannon has officially been fired from Miami, any recruits they have that we go hard after? I don't think we have a ton of scholly room left, so how will this affect our own commits as well?
