So you’re interpreting and deriving meaning from language not present? Give me a break. It was a horsecollar in the word of the rule and in nature. It was a dangerous tackling by way of grabbing the back of the collar. Period. It says immediately take them down, which means drop your weight and drag them, not throw them sideways. The dragging down is what causes injury, not throwing someone to the side. The intent of the rule was when Roy Williams tackled Terrell Owens that way.
Yah. I didn't see the word "immediately" in the rule, as linked. So you’re interpreting and deriving meaning from language not present? Give me a break. It was a horsecollar in the word of the rule and in nature. It was a dangerous tackling by way of grabbing the back of the collar. Period.
What's he going to say? "Well, our guys got their asses handed to them and lost by almost 60 points. Also, they brought it on themselves by being disrespectful and mouthy. The loss would have been easier if our guys had at least handled themselves with class."
Or: "Let's not talk about the score. Our guys are classy (and their shower hygiene is first rate)!"
The beers are on her tonightThe lady decided she was going to download DraftKings and use their promo of bet $5, get $200 free in bets. So 8 $25 bets. Her first bet you ask? Freaking ridiculous $25->$1100
The most annoying part (besides her rubbing it in my face) is she had to be the only person in America to bet in Presbyterian

I agree with your conclusion, but that still does not prove anything. If he put his arm there only for an instant and it didn't impede the defender's progress, it's not holding.I understand what you you mean. What you would see in stills are the key moments I described in my text, so you would know how to look for what I am looking at; then you would need to go back to the video (of course) and consider it in motion.
But you've persuaded me that since this LSU issue is like a speck of sand compared to the vast ocean of officials' calls and no-calls that amounted in fact and in effect to rigging in our Bama game (regardless of "backstory"), it is better to let the LSU game go.
I can tell from this still that Bama's first TD against us should have been called back and a penalty assessed from the spot of foul. Or at least know what to look for when I rewatch the play.

To be fair, they were arguing based on what happened with Tilman. For EVERYONE who argued with me about the tightrope surgery recovery timeline and insisted ther was no way Bowers would be back for the game against us, and here they are talking about him being back the game before us?!

Come on man. The still makes it look better than it was, Right in front of the White Hat and nothing. And if his arm was there it is holding, I don't care how long.I agree with your conclusion, but that still does not prove anything. If he put his arm there only for an instant and it didn't impede the defender's progress, it's not holding.
Now I've seen this live, so I know it was indeed hioldng, but to TG's point, you usually can't conclude anything from stills.
I argued that he would not be healed in a month and he's not. Tua came back in month and was not the same. Brock will be in pain and not able to do some things. For EVERYONE who argued with me about the tightrope surgery recovery timeline and insisted ther was no way Bowers would be back for the game against us, and here they are talking about him being back the game before us?!

Well the greatest distortion introduced by official statistics is that they explicitly exclude the fact and effect of Birmingham officials completely taking over our games in the second half at FL; and pretty much the entire game at Bama -- but likely setting an all-time NCAA record for rigging in the second half.Just curious, did you include the cupcake games? I am assuming yes, and that does have an impact. Still, the numbers are tell.
I just deleted that part of the text before I saw your response because it was a distraction. Honestly. You will see in the first paragraph that I speak of using a still as a marker (together with what one has pointed out in speech) as something to look for in the video. That's how I use and advise others to use stills.I agree with your conclusion, but that still does not prove anything. If he put his arm there only for an instant and it didn't impede the defender's progress, it's not holding.

Their offense may be more limited by trying to get him to play when he’s not ready versus just playing his backup. Plus he may get injured worse. Not a smart move by whoever his guiding him in his decisions.I argued that he would not be healed in a month and he's not. Tua came back in month and was not the same. Brock will be in pain and not able to do some things.

Now understanding the clear example that Birmingham set and taught in the righing at Bama, KY imitated Bama in having it's OL hold every down until they were stopped; but the no-calls never ended. That distorted those stats, too, even if we managed to beat the zebras and Lube U simultaneously.
Yeah I'm fully prepared to eat crow, but it's not happening. For EVERYONE who argued with me about the tightrope surgery recovery timeline and insisted ther was no way Bowers would be back for the game against us, and here they are talking about him being back the game before us?!
