Last thing on Seaton. Will be a great played, no doubt. But, seeing as we've won 8 games with a hodge podge OL, I feel confident we will be fine.

Frankly, with what we have coming back. We can concentrate on finding a tackle for the future in 25. Right now, I think our NIL needed to find a big time receiver, TE, and D tackles moreso than a pre madonna OT.

Strangely, I'm good here. And you morans thinking that's whining have my permission to meet @Weezer at Papermill, to whip his ass.

We could prob go get a backup qb with 21 career pass attempts if we wanted.

Would that make you happy?

That’s one way of looking at it. Another way is recognizing BV was behind a campus legend and was in competition with a guy this spring who killed it this year for uga.

BV has more natural talent and upside than Levi’s and Leary. I’m not worried abojt Kensucky especially as long as stoops is there, but the point is they’re upgrading their roster.

I’m looking forward to us doing the same.

No way he's that old. Madonna is pushing 70.

I don't disagree with you. And this is how UT does business. But right or wrong, this is an unusually emotional issue with multiple issues attached. I don't really need to get into them. Sometimes business and personal overlap, and things get complicated. The time to uncomplicate them is long past. At this juncture, either path will be costly.
We managed to get over the antiquated "One Of Us" ideology a long time ago on the men's side. Like around... 1926... when we hired Robert Neyland. Or what about in 1964 when we hired Dickey? Bill Battle?

Why can't the adults on the women's side move on and move forward?

They feel like allowing a second legacy to be created within the program is a betrayal to Pat.

I agree with you, but that’s why.

Evidently Thomas, Norman-Lott, and Simmons are leaning towards coming back.

Changing it to an Asian family scene doesn't make it any better. . .

Staes is ranked the #1 TE in the portal now.

I take back what I said

Staes > Joly

Joly is 6'3" 215lbs on UConn's website
Staes is 6'4" 242lbs on ND's website

I get the vibe Joly is more of a slower/bigger WR body and Staes is a HB/TE build.

Our smallest TE on roster right now is 230lbs.

Also I totally forgot about Okoye coming in with Davis... we probably aren't going to take 2 TEs and if Staes is the guy they want I don't mind it being him.

Staes, Davis, Okoye and Echols incoming = pretty solid TE group

There is just no way we could have ever seen this coming. I’m really shocked NIL has turned out to be unsustainable. It’s baffling.
Programs having to recruit their own players to say is because of the Portal, not NIL. The Portal, IMO, is the much bigger change of the two, and the two changes being passed basically simultaneously has led to the chaos.

Also...Seaton picking Deion doesn't really change my opinion that the '24 OL class is great.

4 Star - Bennett Warren is a monster 6'7 1/2" 330lbs and a top 100 national player
4 Star - Max Anderson could play anywhere, 6'5" 309lbs and a top 250 national player
4 Star - William Satterwhite probably an interior guy 6'3" 300lbs 90 rating on 247
3 Star - Jesse Perry in-state kid with great size 6'5" 278lbs 88 rating on 247
3 Star - Gage Ginther 6'5 1/2" 287lbs 87 rating on 247 good depth guy that could develop and add size to play outside even with his length
