Honestly, it's better that Wright doesn't play in the bowl game. He shouldn't risk a potential injury. Also, it will allow some of our younger players to get some valuable playing time. Hopefully, Milton makes the same decision.

I remember past years when players we all thought needed another year (perfect example being Josh Malone) would opt for the draft based on their confidence in the QB the next year. I didn't want to believe that back then, but we see it time and time again. I believe these players are doing this because they know Nico is legit. It was also telling when big Campbell put Nico in his hilarious video.

One ESPN thingy is predicting us as favorites in 9 games next season. The swing games are BAMA, UGA, and OU. And honestly, I think we may wind up being favorites against OU.

Given his lack of playing time here, I can't hate on him for finding somewhere to play another year. I liked Slaughter, limited as his snaps were. I hope he does well at Ark and does well for himself.
