So I know we would like to have another scholarship TE if we can get one...I do wonder though, is the staff confident in any of the PWO TE's for next year?

Cody Duncan...6'1 239 will be a R-jr Prolly not. Too small.

Titus Rorher? 6'7 249 will be R-soph...wasn't really recruited, great size though!

Luke Shouse 6-6 250 R-Sr, transfer from Ole Miss...was a 3 star recruit, offers from Cinci, Indiana, VT and Louisville

Charlie Browder 6'7 250 R-Jr from UCF was also a 3 star recruit. Had offers from App State, Charlotte, BC and Arizona State.

I think either Browder or Shouse they would feel comfy with if they needed to use them, kinda like Hunter Salmon.

Plz pray for me and the OH and well my family too. His mind just isn't there and IDK if it's ever coming back. The spells he has last longer and longer. He got mad and hit me today (not hard or anything) but still he got aggressive and combative. He finally calmed down but my parents are now pushing a nursing home and I don't want that - hell I can't deal with that. He doesn't know what world he's in right now and I feel so completely helpless. I just want him to calm down so I can care for him. That's all I want. I'll do everything else.

See I disagree on the last point. I think if Nico is who we think he is, we can complete for the conference soon. Maybe not in 2024, but by 2025 that’s my expectation.

We aren’t setting ourselves up to win 12+ games a year into perpetuity, but we are setting up to be very competitive most years.

These numbers are wildly inaccurate. They just multiplied ticket revenue + public booster donations (to the school) by 16% as a guess of how much collectives are receiving.

I don’t even trust the data they used to make their guess. They have Arkansas with almost 40% more in ticket sales than us. How? We were among the leaders in the nation in attendance figures for the major sports.

Like ive mentioned on here. WIVK and WNML profit from the Univ of TN athletics successes. It wouldnt be hard to find advertising space. Every old fart that donates would put two and two together.

No idea why this hasnt been done.

Another idea is our President has a part ownership (I think) in Smokies franchise. Put a small sponsorship in for their games, Ice Bears, Maryville sports...etc.

I admit I am surprised at the minimal momentum that Vol Club has, and how hard it has seemingly been for them and our fans to get this going. Thought it was a slam dunk. Whatever.

Maybe we'll start 4-0 or 5-0 and our fans will buy 25,000 pairs of Nico PJ's and that's how they'll get introduced to NIL. I dunno.

They don’t advertise it well. And to be honest, our admin would prefer donations directly to the school and season ticket purchases. Plus, they have added many projects to the school such as the baseball stadium. Neyland renovations, etc. that need to be funded. NIL is important, but Danny and others need some big checks.

Hopefully they start to advertise and get the word out better.

Dumas Johnson is the LB. Was a starter for them last year until je got hurt the game before ours. He's good.
