Do it as a live event, fans tune in and they are "on the clock" each fan picks which conference they want to draft for before hand.

@ATC_VOL - wild story in the WSJ today about the national shortage of air traffic controllers. Had no idea you guys were stretched as thin as you are.

It’s a high stress gig, even more so in the Navy where I was friends with a guy that was a ATC that worked in the control tower. He absolutely loved his job and was miserable all at once. It was a weird combo.

They have/had pretty high standards in the civilian world if I remember correctly.. can’t be older than 30 years old to get certified, mandatory retirement age that’s earlier than when the average American retires, etc. These may be different now and I may have the 30 year old cutoff slightly wrong. I don’t remember exact age but pretty sure it was low 30s. I remember him telling me he either needed to get out of the Navy when his contract was up or he had to commit to a full 20-30 year Navy career because he would been right at or below 30 years old after his first contract. If he stayed another 4 years, he wouldn’t be able to be a civilian ATC anymore when he got out because of the age requirement.

This was also 15 years ago though so maybe they are making it less strict on requirements to entice more people. Judging by the shortage I would say it’s still as strict but that’s just an assumption. Lot of respect for ATC peeps though after getting to know a few while I was in the Navy. Good people.

Rashard Mendenhall was a RB, played a total of 6 seasons in the NFL and went for 900 or more in 3 of them all with the Steelers. Finished his career with 4236 rushing yards, 37 TDs and a 3.9 ypc average

I find his claim that he's "better than YOUR GOAT" to be interesting... here's a few white RBs I'd take ahead of him.

The larger point of that asinine tweet is being ignored. You don't need to be good at a sport to analyze it or coach it. Most of the best coaches ever were not good at their sport. A high school qb can tell you a hundred things that Trevor Lawrence did wrong in his last game, and he right about all of them. Just because he wasn't born with genes that allow him to be a pro athlete doesn't mean he can't analyze players of a sport.

Welp, I went to the store for my wife to pick up some dietary supplements. She wanted something for inflammation and asked for Turmeric and Curcumin. I got confused and brought home a giant bottle of Omega-3 pills instead. She was not happy. She chucked that bottle right back at me. Man I'm so annoyed by the Vikings HC.

Dobbs comes in off the street at you go 2-2 and you lose those 2 by a total of 6 points combined he technically started against Raiders and they won, but not even counting that game. Then he sits him.

Meanwhile before he went down Cousins was 4-4. And Mullens is now 1-1 (although Dobbs started the Raiders game) but going to keep riding with him because he's been with the team longer I guess.

The Vikings OL is terrrrrible that's really why they've lost 7. 14 games played and you've had to start 3 different QBs and have only produce a 100 yard rusher once. On paper 35 sacks doesn't look bad, but how many were avoided by Dobbs' legs?

They are 8th in the league in sacks given up over the last 3 games, QB play is not the issue (excluding the Bears' game...)

Guys im not ready for Mizzou and drinkowitz to become good in the sec. I want to dismiss them so bad as a fluke year but they are recruiting really well and they have an insanely easy schedule next year.
