Apparently our O-Line is still makeshift as well. Both Dayne Davis and Jackson Lampley projected to start.

Not ideal against a top 10 defense.
Not to disparage the Iowa defense, as they are a very good defense, but this was their schedule this year. Not a whole lot of offensive juggernauts on that schedule...

Never forget what the multitudes of kicks directly to the Vas has taught us. Speak it into existence with any TN squad. Iowa will be the steel curtain.

I'm starting to look up some information on Iowa. One of the funniest stats of the day.

Elijah Herring was our leading tackler with 75 total tackles (29 solo, 46 assisted)

Iowa's leading tackler is their stud LB Jay Higgins with 155 total tackles (65 solo, 90 assisted)

Over or under 225 passing yards for Nico against Iowa.
If Nico throws for 225+ in his first game, that'll be impressive. Iowa has allowed one QB to go over 225 all season--247 to Purdue. They give up an average 172 passing yards per game.

Of note, their first round NFL CB Cooper DeJean will not be playing due to injury

TB’s source who said Nico was starting just gave him the scoop on Evan Stewart. Stewart wants $1M for one season. The red flag is his work ethic. There may not be enough “want to” in him because he already makes decent $$ from social media. Football may not be his #1 priority.

That means Nico throws for 230 yards.
