Play #2 NFHS (High School) Rules:

A 3rd & 18 at A’s 12 yard line.

A17 attempts a pass to A22 that falls incomplete. During the pass, B33 interferes with A22’s attempt to catch the pass at A’s 35 yard line.

Result?

15 yard penalty to make it 3rd and 3.

Pass interference is not an automatic first down in high school. It would be 3rd and 3 for A at A’s 27.

There are only 4 penalties in high school that result in an automatic 1st down. Can anyone guess them?

Nah, I hate UF as much as anybody but sending them to the ACC just wouldn’t be right.
