Michael Penix should have won the heisman and should be draft pick #1.

Remember when Pruitt didn’t want him?

He’s torn both ACLs and has had shoulder issues. He’s also an older prospect like Hooker. He’s extremely good, but I think he will fall because of that. I’m hoping the Steelers can find a way to get him late in the first or possibly even the 2nd.

OL is a major issue. They need to tell more to leave and stop trying to not hurt feelings. They have to upgrade that position or even having Nico will win us nothing substantial.
I dont wanna start some ill fated bs rumor. But it did occur to me, that Nico isnt an idiot. Seems very ahead of his age. If you catch my drift. I would be very wary to make sure we are doing whatever we can to win at a high level. That's if he's here or not, but especially if you have that much invested in your QB. Assuredly everyone else in the Country would jump st chance for him to come there.

That means go get some damn OL.

Nico isn’t going anywhere or even thinking about it. Come on…..good grief.

Spencer Riley, VFL and National Champion Tennessee linemen has a different perspective about our OL than what most on VolNation are stating. The YouTube video is below.

I know many don't like Dave Hooker, but I like Spencer's assessment of the players. Spencer comes online at the 3:15 mark. I value Spencer's assessment given his experience as a player and coach.

Pretty sure Nico and Heup are on the same page.

And no, not everyone else in the country would jump to come here just bc of Nico.

Dave Hooker is unwatchable

I don't know about pick #1 but kid is super talented and has the best deep ball I've seen in a long time
He consistently underthrows the deep ball and his receivers bailed him out often. Other than that I agree.

He didn't screw over the AA...he screwed over opposing PLAYERS on the field....no justification or understanding for this take from you...this is a disgusting take.
I look at it as more the NCAA created this environment with selective enforcement and looking the other way as long as the money keeps coming and the power stays consolidated. CJH is playing within the system. If there is a wink and nod to cheating then good for CJH or anybody that is playing that system. Hate the game, not the player, and the NCAA is responsible for the current game.

Kids getting screwed over is the fault of the NCAA for creating this environment. As Volbeast33 said...if the NCAA cared in the least about fair play and equal enforcement, then it would be different. If other kids and teams are getting screwed over it isn't the fault of CJH for betting nothing will happen, it is the NCAA for not doing something about it and creating the incentive.

I have no issue if the NCAA comes down hard on Harbaugh, he deserves to be punished, but if he didn't think he could get away with it or the NCAA wouldn't do something about it then I seriously doubt he would have done what he did.

Michigan is 14th in talent composite rankings for 2023.

Washington 26th in the talent composite rankings for 2023.

They beat the #1 (Bama) and #6 (Texas) teams in the composite rankings.

Since the inception of the playoff, this will make it 33% of the time a team ranked #9 in the composite or worse has won a NC.

It would matter if they played in the SEC. I think that’s the point most are saying. SEC has the most elite athletes of any conference by a country mile. UGA was likely the best overall team in the country even though they lost to Bama in the conference championship game. Your chances to get beat in our conference increase dramatically just because of the talent level across the teams.
Just truth...it is just harder to get through 4-5 good-really good teams with NFL talent at several positions than it is to get through 2-3.
