Disappointing but these things aren’t surprising. Guy is from Texas. Kansas and Texas aren’t terribly far from one another. Tennessee appeared not to have any prior ties to the guy.

Transferring to A&M seems the almost obvious choice here. On to the next one.
Came here to get an offer for A&M to top imo.

Just got home and my sons wife lost her baby Josie at 31 weeks. We are at a loss for words. His wife did not think she would be able to get pregnant or she was told as she continues a thyroid cancer battle and everything was going really well. A little VN prayer or a thought today for that little girl and the family if a moment.
Nothing I can say will relieve the pain.

I am truly saddened by this. My God’s loving arms embrace you and your family.

Need to get some better recruiters most of the coaching staff hasn’t had to recruit like you do in the sec
Bennett Warren - OT - TX - 4 star
William Satterwhite - IOL - OH - 4 star
Max Anderson - IOL - TX - 4 star
Gage Ginther - OT - CO - 4 star
Jesse Perry - OL - TN - 3 star from a very small school

That seems like some pretty good OL cruitin to me. Maybe we all back up from the ledge a little bit before we start farhin one of the best OL coaches we have had in 20 years.

Long ways to go, but so far he seems the clear leader among the big 3 2023 prospects.

Though tbf to all, none of them have really played much. But Nico at least started and tore up a top 5 defense.

Arch...I'm shocked he hasn't bounced yet. Respect though.

And surely we'll get to see plenty of Nelson next year. Some are laughing, I say GOOD a top qb prospect is mixing it up and not just doing the same damn thing everyone does and go to bama, uga, osu, bleh. I mean Ryan Leaf went to freakin Washington St as a top prospect. Would like to see more of that diversity.

It’s call not being good recruiter on ol and other positions. We are going to have to recruit like Alabama, Georgia, lsu etc to ever compete and you are right have a great qb and can’t protect him or get open
You have to compete to recruit but you have to recruit to compete.

I don't think anyone is concerned too much with our TE recruiting. We've recruited some good younger guys and we land dude from the portal, our OL seems to be where we come in second fairly often.
I member lots of feigned distress over Echols. Now they can focus elsewhere.

We're definitely getting better there.

Unfortunately it's unlikely they'll be ready in '24 and '25 is more likely and even then...guys like Wright, Cade, top notch 5*s took years to develop.

We do need immediate help. But then keep bringing in multiple 4*s each class.

It sucks the 21/22 OL classes were such washes...but let's go get some top transfers and let Elarbee DO HIS WORK!
