I edited my OP as that was intended to be blue font and a general statement about those b*tching now.Not a real fan, imo. I've watched, listened or caught the replay on the coaches show for every game since 1980, when I was 9. Same thing with basketball. GTFO and watch NC State or Duke
Faster!Well, body size of the following four backs during their respective careers is very similar:
Cameron Seldon, 6' 2," 222 lbs
Herschel Walker, 6-1, 225lb
Bo Jackson, 6-1, 227lb
Eric Dickerson, 6-3, 220lb
Right now, I would think Dickerson, in his heyday, might have been the closest comparison in terms of body build but, of course, the big question is how does Cameron compare to these Hall of Famers in terms of speed?
Well considering the fact that Elarbee and Huepel were an entire recruiting class behind due to the players that left before and after Huepel arrived. We are not done with portal I'll reserve my judgment until then. Honestly this next recruiting cycle will be the telltale on Elarbee. He can develop. Give him timeSerious question. Why does he have so little to work with going into year 4 considering they have multiple recruiting classes and the existence of the portal?
It’s clear the need one lol so yeh I have no doubt they’ll get one or two. But right now ppl can be concerned. It’s fair.
Again, can a portal guy who didn't win the starting job at his current school learn our system, adjust to the pace, and develop the timing a good OL gets through time and a good many reps during a short fall camp? While not impossible, it is a tall order.... especially for a guy not good enough to win the job at his current school. Just seems like we're grasping at straws and hoping things just work out. Why even bother with going after these three guys now? Why not just see how it goes this spring with the youngsters and grab a guy or two then if they aren't up to snuff if it's that easy? No offense, but there's a reason this staff was after these three. They know how important it is to have them for the spring. Losing out on all 3 is a huge blow. No two ways around it.
My apologies then. It has been a tough road being a Vols fan the past 20ish years and I know there are many casual and bandwagon fans that either walked away or bought a bunch of bama gear to pass the time. That was a little sarcasm. Shoulda been blue font. Was a general statement about those b*tching now.
I’ve watched every season closely since Majors. Yes, the suckage took its toll during Dooley, Jones and Pruitt era so fandom was masked a bit and even gave up our season tix before Heupel came to town (I regret that now).
I don’t give financially any longer as other personal matters have taken priority but if I do complain it’s just mostly about the execution on Saturdays. I can’t legitimately b*tch about Spyre or NIL.
I love my Vols and have and will continue watching during the worst of years.
Shame to have to watch this shell of the team that started the year with all of the injuries in a crucial game. If we can’t generate any pressure it’s going to be a long night and over half of our sack production on the year is sitting on IR. Add onto the fact that we won’t have 2 of our top 4 skill players and only 2 starting OL on offense..if they win tonight it’ll be surprising and impressive. Can't wait to watch Miami defense **** the bed tonight and Tua to throw some ill advised int.
I don't see them winning the playoff game no matter what happens.Shame to have to watch this shell of the team that started the year with all of the injuries in a crucial game.
