Vrabel, IMO, is a solid decision maker in game and it seems most of the players love him. He can't develop players, choose assistants (on-field or strength and conditioning), get along with those at his level or above him in the organization and wanted full control. I hate to say because I liked him but it was time for him to go. You can't go 6-18 in the last 24 games and expect to keep your job if you are unwilling to be a team player, you sure aren't getting full say and control.Vrabel benched Marriota in favor of Tannehill, which catapulted them to an AFC Championship Game appearance. I am not a Titans fan, but I would view him as a solid football coach. Aside from Henry and AJ Brown for a few years, I don't think the organization helped him much. You have to have strong support.
