Just out of curiosity, what makes a formation an NFL set vs a College set?

We ran trips formations all the time in my college intramural flag football team. I am honored that CJH has used some of the plays that I sent him.

I love Cirque - but they rarely come to the Emerald Coast. I’ve seen two shows, one in Atlanta and one in Destin. I was in awe, it was a combination of amazing strength, and body control, and beauty, and production.
