And in case it’s behind a firewall:

But if the group, Spyre in this case, paid Nico to come here prior to him committing, then that’s where we could be in trouble, at least according to this article. So far this one has given the most in-depth information as to what’s going on.They can't do anything about it. The school didn't pay for it. Can a training company not pay for flights to schools? Pretty sure they can. This is no different
Whatever happens, we’re not rolling over on this. The only person that was in favor of rolling over last time has been pissed off by the NCAA too many times for that to happen again. There’s no way to spin this as a positive considering we never do the LSU or UNC thing. We will bend over again and lose everything before we ever give the NCAA the finger.
maybe this one of the allegations Plowman said is "factually untrue"And in case it’s behind a firewall:

That doesn't make sense. Spyre is not Tennessee. They can fly whoever they want to wherever they want. But if the group, Spyre in this case, paid Nico to come here prior to him committing, then that’s where we could be in trouble, at least according to this article. NCAA cant pass regulations then go back and try to enforce them after the fact. These NIL deals happened before the NCAA set any regulation. But if the group, Spyre in this case, paid Nico to come here prior to him committing, then that’s where we could be in trouble, at least according to this article. I think I’d win that Oklahoma drillAction items:
1. Donate to Spyre
2. End the NCAA
3. Donde Plowman meets @Christian Lowe over the middle.
Am I missing anything?

And that, in effect, is what Donde is arguing. They gave us guidelines, then changed them halfway through, then court battles changed them again, making those guidelines effectively mute. Thus, this is all BS.NCAA cant pass regulations then go back and try to enforce them after the fact. These NIL deals happened before the NCAA set any regulation.
Donde Plowman stated in her reply that the NCAA had falsehoods in some of their allegations. The plane ride may be one of their lies. But if the group, Spyre in this case, paid Nico to come here prior to him committing, then that’s where we could be in trouble, at least according to this article.
