I have no idea what they think they’re doing. It’s baffling that they believed this to be a smart move. Not that I'm a big fan of Blackburn but when she and others start banging these drums the NCAA would take notice if they were smart. But as it stands the NCAA is stuck somewhere between stubborn and desperate.
It still galls me that this all might be over a plane ride. High profile recruits have been flown around by boosters for as long as recruiting and planes have existed.Just because some guy commented does not make it facts. I seen the comment and figured that is where you came up with this. Explain how the kid in the back was all excited like he never seen a stadium before
I'm not and I could tell this was something that has been in the works for some time. Months likely.I Just read the 20-page pleading. I’m an attorney and regularly evaluate other attorneys’ work.
That definitely wasnt thrown together overnight. Someone has been researching, drafting, proofreading, and shopping that around for quite a while to get to the stage where it’s at.
Just wanted to say how amazed I am with the concerted response that has erupted since yesterday. Folks have been knowing this was coming and have been planning (in unison) for it.
Really don’t think the NCAA expected that. They thought they’d float out another trial balloon via Pat Forde and other clickbait media and see what kind of appreciative response it drummed up from the public.
Oops.
You have to wonder if Forde's sources were actually on the university side because they were ready to pounce.I Just read the 20-page pleading. I’m an attorney and regularly evaluate other attorneys’ work.

All of us in here watching the fight between Tennessee and the NCAA and good ole doc still back a few hundred pages talking about the donkey show.Ha, if only you knew.
@Ulysees E. McGill was what the donkey show was modeled after…he paid for school by teaching the donkeys his techniques during Summer breaks.
At least, that’s what @InVOLuntary told me.
