You remind me of my ex gf….. she use to send me coded messages as well. It took me a while to figure out wth you were trying to say… The only problem with your parable is that i love Coach Barnes and i feel that he is the best thing to ever happen to Tennessee basketball-wise. I, also, feel that he struggles as a tournament coach.
l
The problem with this site is that everyone feels people should be in two camps…. one camp believes that the coach never fails or does anything wrong….. The other camp wants to fire every coach…. There doesn’t seem to be much inbetween.

Yup, it's not like he's just burning useful assets. He's putting money back into the economy. And it's probably worth the enertainment value for her.

The worst thing billionaires can do is just sit on their money, stuffed into mattresses.

And a 10bb-aire spitting out $60mm is like someone with 10k handing $60 over...so...
No it isn't. The person worth $10 billion has a whole hell of a lot more discretionary wealth than someone worth $10K.

Considering Fubo TV….anyone using it ? My only question is if it carries TNT as I know the tournament uses the Turner networks a lot.

Feedback appreciated.

To add to my earlier post about Barnes and the Tournament...

He's taken the Vols to five tournaments in seven years, about to be six out of eight. Two of those tournaments, Cinderella bent us over at half court and made us like it...with Loyola-Chicago and Florida Atlantic riding a heater all the way to the Final Four.

One of those tournaments, 20-21, Cinderella felt just a standard ass-whipping would suffice, with Oregon St finding midnight in the Elite Eight...they were on fire entering the tournament, having just won the Pac 12 tourney; and rode it until they lost to Houston by 6. And, in 18-19, Purdue upset us in overtime, then got beat by 5 in overtime by Virginia, who went on to win it all.

Yes, a couple of those years were downright frustrating and sucked, especially 18-19; while 17-18 and last year were...fate. Loyola-Chicago/Florida Atlantic...NO ONE wants to face teams like that whenever they're on a Cinderella run, NO ONE. NOTHING is stopping them until the Final Four...we've seen it time and time and time, again...year after year after year. As I said Barnes was just snakebit...to have to face two teams making runs like that.
I will always believe we would have beaten Loyola-Chicago if Alexander hadn’t been out

@butchna combine workouts start Thursday.

Quarterbacks and Running Backs are Saturday.
They arrived today and interviews can commence. Met a bunch of good OL this month. Kept my Vols fanhood from Amarius Mims. He and Van Pran are good guys off the field.

I do love the doggie days on VN. Here's my old beagle, fat-fat. She wondered up to the farm while my FIL was building his house and my wife and I had to keep her. She was skin and bones and as you can see has had no problem putting on weight. She was a great companion for my bluetick before we had to put her down. I have to say though, she is dumb as rock but the most lovable dog.

Fair, so it's even far less.

The $10bb-aire is spending the equivalent of basically nothing if you think of it in terms of discretionary spending. Call it $10.

Dog pics, you say?

My pocket pit, Milton (he looks like a pit bull but is smol). Brought to my door as a lost puppy when I first moved to Georgia. I took him in and named him after an economist because I’m weird.

Our King Charles, Oliver. I don’t know who he’s named for. He was abandoned at my wife’s vet clinic and we “fostered” him until deciding to just keep him.

They’re good boys.

Used Fubo last year because it carried the Braves and some cycling. Pretty clunky and had regular issues with skipping, though the latter may be more of a crappy internet issue. Overall, it was fine but YouTube and Hulu are better.

I’ll probably still get it again for Braves and cycling.

I owned a Pit for a short time when i was younger but that is a breed that i can’t believe anyone is willing to own… I knew an elderly woman that had raised two pits…. She started her mower… it scared them and they pulled her off the mower and ate the woman’s face. I, also, knew a dog trainer that was working with other dogs when his Pit got out and charged trying to protect his owner from the other dog but instead bit through his owners arm. It was completely severed…. Count me out when it comes to that breed of Dog.
I have owned them all my life. None have been aggressive but they damn sure were protective. You have to be the alpha. If you let the dog be the alpha, many breeds can be uncontrollable. I have been around a lot of other breeds much more aggressive than pitbulls.
