Oh heck, I forgot to update. All his tests turned out normal. He unfortunately takes after his mother on this one 😒. His body short wires itself when he gets under extreme stress and basically it shutdowns, or in my case ( seizure). Thank you for asking, my new job has taken over my focus and I love the new challenge in my life.

I just can’t keep up with you guys right now or baseVols. I’m still very salty about out BasketVols.
Wow...my wife has the same condition as you do...she started having them out of nowhere in December 2004.

In her case she has only had a Grand three times over the years, including that first one where she swallowed her tongue and almost died, but she has Petit a few times a year at most since we've, well mostly me, have learned how to spot the run-up.

Sweet, sweet Karma. In this case Karma is not a bitch.
Karma is Lady Liberty and Lady Justice and Wonder Woman all rolled into one!

My hope is for geno to never make it to the FF again and just wither into obscurity. It’s time to start the “Game has passed geno by. He can’t compete with the new generation of coaches. Uconn is no longer the gateway to the WNBA.”

Add any washed up coaching platitudes that are even remotely applicable.

This looks like a job for VolTwitter!
Down with geno! Down with geno! 😈

The call was right, but with 3 seconds left, the debate should shift more to “do you make that call at that point in the game with everything on the line?” Personally, I’m a no. Unless it’s an absolute fragrant foul, let the players decide the outcome, not the ref.
So...by "let them decide it on the court", you mean the offensive players on the court, because in this case the defender was cheated out of having any effect on the shot about to get taken thanks to the illegal moving screen and elbow of the giant moving woman that bulldozed her away from the designated shooter.

The fact is..the UCONN player screwed herself by setting a horrible illegal screen.

Counterargument: Don't commit that foul at that point of the game with everything on the line.

If that illegal screen helps a UConn player get a clear look at the basket and they win because of it, then that's wrong and we'd all be saying it was rigged for UConn. You have to call that foul, especially at that point of the game. The players decided the outcome - in this case the UConn player decided to try and give her team an illegal advantage and the outcome was it cost them a chance to win or tie.
Exactly

April 6, 1896

The first celebration of the modern Olympic Games took place in its ancient birthplace - Greece. The Games attracted athletes from 14 nations, with the largest delegations coming from Greece, Germany, France and Great Britain.

"I hereby proclaim the opening of the first International Olympic Games at Athens." With these words on April 6, 1896, King George I of Greece welcomed the crowd that had gathered in the newly reconstructed Panathenean Stadium to the modern-day Olympic Summer Games.

The program for the Games included track and field, fencing, weightlifting, rifle and pistol shooting, tennis, cycling, swimming, gymnastics, and wrestling. Although 14 nations participated, most of the athletes were Greek.

I remember that day like it was yesterday.
Do you know what other momentous event occurred that day? Scalping tickets was invented. @InVOLuntary , @BaldBiker , and I were reselling tickets to raise bail money for @Orangeredblooded . She slapped a Greek policeman the day before when he told her to move along. In truth, I still think he grabbed her arse, but no one saw it. Anyway, the bail was way more money than any of us had. @InVOLuntary came up with the plan. It was way more appealing than @BaldBiker ’s idea to blow up the jail…😂

Ahh, the good old days. 🤠
By the end of the Olympics, We also raised enough money to get back to Tennessee in time for football season. 😎

I totally understand both sides of the argument. I’m just a believer in letting offensive players do whatever they want and cheat to win the game, especially in a situation like this.
Fixed it for you...that is the point everybody is trying to tell you...the DEFENSIVE PLAYER was not allowed to "win the game" because the UCONN player set an egregious ILLEGAL screen...she cheated.

You’re entitled to your opinion and I’m to mine. Go ahead and insult my intelligence because that’s your next move. But it is what it is. At the end of the day, f*** UCONN and Geno anyways.

Where did he question your intelligence?

Float a horse shoe in it, for sure.
When I was in 3rd and 4th year of med school, I spent a significant portion of rotations in Connecticut. I would drive home to Memphis. First day was from Bridgeport, CT to Johnson City. Crash on the couch of a college friend. Then drive from JC to Memphis. Each day of the drive took about the same amount of time. Fueled by truck stop coffee just like that. Had a 36 ounce mug that I would fill halfway with coffee and then the rest with milk. That coffee straight would have eaten a hole in my stomach 😳

Good times 😊 1989 to 1991. Some days it seems like a lifetime ago and others, just like yesterday. 😎

In regards to Geno..It absolutely has already made my day that he lost in such a sh**ty way..Good call, bad call who cares..he lost and no Natty for UConn this year..He’s an awful human being and treats his players like crap and deserves the karma he’s getting right now..So f you, Geno.
