No no. Just meant that the Hollywood script, as per ESPN, was written for SC game. They will have to play inspired football rest of the way.
If they come out and lay a brown egg versus TAMU and KY, we in trouble. Joe playing on the road, isna diff story,
About that...we get Kensucka** at Grocery Store field this year, and they seem to be a much better team this year now that they have their good OC Coen back, and a better QB than the can'o'corn they ran out there last year.
That is going to be a tough game to win.

I hear ya. Stats don’t tell the whole story. Much like QB completion. I would take Milton over UF crap QB. His 78% means nothing with just short throws.Subjective vs Objective opinion. The numbers were already shared that Hadden isn't just OUR best DB, but the best in the SEC right now...but it's an objective production based comment.
Is he as physically and mentality gifted as Slaughter? Don't think so, but it's also not something you can prove with stats really either.
Because the game was in doubt up until there wasn't enough time to get meaningful snaps. If it were 45-7 at the beginning of the 4th quarter, sure, put him in. But for one final drive you're going to use one of his games that counts against his redshirt when you know there are some future games where blowouts are likely?Anyone else perplexed why Heup doesn't get Nico in games at the end when game is no longer in doubt?
They've already said he's not red shifting, so why not let him get in a big environment like Saturday?
Heup doesn’t lose after bye weeks. Especially a game at home. We’re beating the Aggies. You may not be impressed with them, but we ain't winning in Tuscaloosa unless something drastic happens.
Bama is playing great defense again + we play like on offense on the road when the crowd is jacked up = probable loss unless Joe just goes off, which he has never done before.
A&M is gonna be a tough row to hoe...they are uber talented and Dumbo ain't calling plays no more...but that is a winnable game. I'm gonna call it a toss-up at best.
The only team we truly catch in a bad spot for us is UGA. They will be rested and have Bowers and McConkey ready to roll.Looking ahead, we actually don't catch Bama in a terrible spot. 7 games in a row, and Arky even though they aren't great they're fairly physically so back to back physical games.
Imo AM, Bama and UGA are all 330 CBS.The only team we truly catch in a bad spot for us is UGA. They will be rested and have Bowers and McConkey ready to roll.
It's nice that it's a home game for us - we need them to start slow.
I like where we are playing A&M.
And I like where we are playing Bama - even on the road. But we have not looked good on the road except for that LSU game. This needs to be a day time game where we jump out early - running and being effecient on offense.
Vols win. We can actually stop the run.No their QB isn’t good again. They’re the same one dimensional team that they are every year.
Leary went 15/29 for 205, 1 TD and 2 INTs vs Vandy. Followed that up 9/19 for 69 yards and 1 TD vs FL.
But it’s on the road so who knows what’ll happen.
Telander was an 87 ranked 3*. Lots of people on here want to dump on our 2024 class because of the bottom half being a bunch of projects. However, this staff has been good at identifying killers who aren't blue-chippers. Will they all pan out? No, but this staff seems to have a discerning eye.Telander was a hell of a pick up. He seemed to know where to be and read plays quickly. I was impressed. Had some lapses but overall looked very ready for the game.
He was always that football smart, quick twitch son of a coach…but he was more wiry than physical. Then he spent the off-season working with Dr. Bruce Banner.Telander was a hell of a pick up.
