Surprisingly, KSU, Memphis, and SD have only lost to Mizzou, they're all 3 undefeated otherwise.

MTSU and Vandy only have 3 wins between them, but still, they're schedule has arguably been equal to or harder than ours up to this point. They're definitely improved.

They’re improved from last year, but I’m not ready to say they are legit. Regardless, that game will not be easy. We are a fairly mediocre road team under Heupel so far. You know Eli Dorkwitz is going to want that game badly after embarassing him twice. It’s going to be a battle.

Still, their remaining schedule is tough. I think they probably end up at 8-4.

Thanks--- made the statement based on the fact that there were folks on here thinking they may beat LSU, and LSU while they are certainly not the team people thought preseason, they still have the better roster than Mizz.

Nolan Ryan was different..Billy Martin gets blamed for shorting the careers of the terrific Oakland starting pitching back in early 80's by over pitching them....BUT this 5 innings and a cloud of dust is BS ..

It's a bummer no one asked Heupel today about Dee Williams. I know he shot down the idea of moving him to WR a few weeks ago, but things have changed and it definitely seems like a no brainer from the outside looking in.

I guess the downside is that the juice may not be worth the squeeze if this is going to be his last season.

1970’s metal is always better live because they couldnt get it right in the studio back then. Sabbath, Judas Priest, Kiss.. all sound soft as hell on their 70’s studio albums vs the live albums. Especially Kiss. Alive! Is the only reason their careers didn’t end in 1975.

Does not belong in the same sentence with the others. Kiss is horrible. I didn't realize how horrible until someone pointed it out and I paid attention next time I heard them. They are shockingly bad.

Cool story here............

Hosted a MLB "old timers" golf tournament years ago. Kids were asking for everyones autograph, as was I, I admit.Everyone singed except Gaylord Perry. He flat refused.
As I was doing the scoring and scoreboard, Perry walked up and handed me his official scorecard. I said, "Mr. Perry, I need two signatures for verification on each card." I handed him a pen and he signed it. I smiled and stuck it in my back pocket. He knew what I did.

Well, you obviously haven't been to Sarasota, Pinellas, or Hillsborough lately. The only fans at the game yesterday were the blue hairs. The rest of us were working. Also, without a good downtown to support walk up ticket's the game was always going to be poorly attended unless at night.

Well blame this on MLB scheduling the whole 3 game series is a 3 p.m. first pitch...

C'mon man. A 3pm game and a dump of a stadium. When the new stadium and downtown rebuild is finished, The Rays will be fine. Now, what's the Marlins excuse? They received everything they wanted and draw terrible numbers.

I love going to the Trop...I have never understood the griping about it. It is a fun place to catch a game.
