Wes's first sentence was good reporting. Wes's second sentence was making it all about himself. Even his mom can see that.
"Wants to play a game with info..." WTF is wrong with you today?
Apparently some would prefer free postings on social media to be more Joe Friday. This is what all the vapors are about?
Decaf, folks. It's usually in the green package.
Wes’s issue is that he’s more of a fan than a reporter."So yeah ... we'll see."
Wes displays here an absolute ignorance of football, leadership, tactics, prudence, and common sense. Reader appears compelled to choose between troll and idiot as an assessment. But the combo is not logically excluded.
Why are we not allowed to have decent local media? Why does he think anyone wants to hear him snark at our coach?
To be clear...CJH is completely entitled to do what he does with respect to player availability. No criticism from me on that. When it comes to injury and player health info, which isn’t really our business, I am always reminded of the words of the immortal Francis Underwood: “You are entitled to nothing.”

With that said...he does have a history of giving information that may or may not be true...and one might consider his interaction with the media to be a bit of a game. Which is totally fine with me. I deserve nothing and he's free to do what he wants.
By extension, I don't think it's unreasonable to expect the media to present info offered to them tongue-in-cheek with a certain degree of skepticism.
By pointing that out I guess I am a bad person.
Not even sure what media member means any more. He's a guy with a laptop, not Walter Cronkite.I don’t think anyone cares what you say. You are a fan posting on a Vol message board. Rucker is a media member. His tweets don’t bother me, but to many, as a media member doing his job, appear unprofessional. I don’t think that’s an unreasonable conclusion.
True. Lemon balm tea really helps with anxiety. Not even sure what media member means any more. He's a guy with a laptop, not Walter Cronkite.
I'm a boomer. I think virtually everything in the modern era is irreverent or unprofessional, but in the interest of seeming less "get off my lawn" and a touch more in tune with the culture, I try not to fall in with the "everything and everybody sucks" crowd.
And herbs. Herbs help a lot too.
Coaches have used injury reports to manipulate game preparation since the dawn of sports. Seems like Rucker doesn't realize this and, in an unprofessional way, tries to paint coach as a dishonest person.I don’t think anyone cares what you say. You are a fan posting on a Vol message board.
