Recruiting Football Talk VIII

@InVOLuntary is a Subaru man 👀. . .

😂 I actually like some of the Subarus.

Are you a Ford man? The F100 Supernationals is coming up on the Oklahoma game weekend. Those older Fords look better than any other truck, imo. I'd like to get ahold of a '78 ford 4x4 or a '93 F150 xlt 4x4.
Yes, I own several fords.

My personal truck is a 2018 Ford F250 Diesel
I have company vehicles that include a 2018 Ford Focus as an escort vehicle ( yes, I'm a certified escort  ) and a 2004 F150 Work Truck.
My wife drives a 2018 Ford Edge
My son drives a Lincoln MKZ Black Label with the twin turbo v6
My son also has a 1967 Ford Mustang that he and my dad restored. (I've shared pics here)
My Daughter drives one of the new Broncos

And I have an old farm truck 1987 Ford f250 extra cab long bed 4X4 with a 460. Rear mains leak like a sieve.

And I just sold a really nice 2014 Taurus limited that sat in my driveway for 5 years after I got the F150 (that I sold) I never drove it. It only had 60,000 miles on it.

So yes, I'd say you can call us Ford people.

Was at the beach 15 min and a hefty lady decided to walk by and say “go dawgs” since I’m in my Vols Baseball national title shirt

Surprised she didn’t start barking
Does she work for GLAD?

I bet it's that individual that sitting beside SugarVol85 on the plane, must stopped at beach on return trip.

I would think Cotton would be not be the wisest choicen(yes, I said it) if weather is remotely cool day, especially if raining.

I would recommend 100% wool, perhaps even Alpaca wool.

(taking multiple laps).
Brilliant. I spent a few years in the Bolivian highlands (true story), so I know from Alpaca. Only Vicuña is softer, but they're all camel colored. Ain't nobody gonna want that. Alpacas already do dark mode and stormtrooper on their own. We just need to genetically engineer a Pantone 151 alpaca, and we'll have the softest orange britches money can buy. I bet the Dutch national teams in various sports would go halfsies on development costs to get some truly luxurious kit.

Bueno

Macho Man

Mr. McMahon

Flair

Piper (somebody stabbed him at a show, they hated him so much!!! No Hulkamania without him.)

DiBiase

Pre-Starcade 97 Hollywood Hogan (greatest, most devastating heel turn in the history of the biz...and, a brilliant move.)

Any one of these 6 could be #1.

But, do you put Austin on this list? Rock? Triple H, definitely...one of the greatest heels ever. What about Andre? Hitman was a great heel. Angle. HBK. Mr. Perfect. Rude. Honky Tonk Man. Billy Graham. Larry Zybysko (i wasnt old enough to see it firsthand, but i can only imagine whenever he turned on Bruno...some consider it the greatest heel turn of all time). Funk. Vader. Sgt Slaughter was DESPISED after his turn during the Gulf War (his best work ever). Sheik is definitely up there. Jake, too (Jake deserves more credit as being one of the ABSOLUTE greatest to ever do it. He was the total package...ring work, on the mic, promos, the whole nine).

Corporate Rock...all I should have to say. Played a MASSIVE role in getting Austin even more over.

If we're including managers, Brain and Cornette are DEFINITELY on the list...at the top.

I could talk about this forever...
Undertaker got everyone over he wrestled too. So many good points in this post, what a trip down memory lane. Don't forget Ole setting up Dusty and turning on him in the omni in that cage match. Ole was one of the greatest heels of all time too.

Taker was such a rare talent that he didn't even need a belt to be a superstar. He actually worked better as a non champion than some did with a belt.

I could talk forever as well, I used to stay up on Friday nights and watch Joe pedicino and bonnie Blackstone host that wrestling show that was like 6 hours long and had all the territories on it. Soooo awesome.

I think I’ve had you as an escort before:
