Recruiting Football Talk VIII

I know that. My question was more so…what time slot is the game of the week most likely to be in? Like for example…the top game the past 20 or so years was always 3:30 because of CBS. Does ESPN/ABC normally just the prime time slot?
I do believe that ABC gets first choice and their 7:30pm eastern slot is their #1 position.

If they're in line then why is every Tennessee game more expensive then all the other schools?
Less than Ohio State, just above Notre Dame and Bama, Michigan and LSU up there too. That's the top tier, I think. I don't know where Georgia stands.

It is prolly related to having a waiting list of 15,000 for season tickets, as he said. I think the Athletic Department considers us a grade above most of the conference in terms of game and game day experience, national brand, and fan devotion.

I was thinking about taking advantage of lower prices at Oklahoma (since we have to fly and need a room anyway) but we couldn't work it out this year.

I will say, wifey talked about us going to the Bama game (mostly for me) and when I began explaining the flights, room, tickets, meals, and taking a day off from work, she said, "Damn, we could go to Paris for that!" 😆 It's not cheap.

Back in olden days I had season tickets, a (longish) drivable distance, and one of my bros had a cabin there. A different world.
