I could do it in sets. I dont know if its tendons or ligaments (prob early arthritis) in shoulders. Cant really do shoulder press bc of it, maybe really light weight. Then top off at 45 lbs.

Pushups I could get to 200 in sets, but would hurt at first.

Pullups, shiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii forget it.

Try doing pushups on a bosu ball. I do 100/day most days. It’s rough on the joints. Bosu ball alleviates a lot of that stress and also makes you focus even more on your core to maintain balance.

My visit went okay. Have to go for a cardiac stress test in a few months. Waiting on the results of a CT scan. But all the blood tests were okay.

We’ve already decided who would control the radio years ago. Getting old sucks, right? And it does. I actually like growing older, but I hate the endless doctor tests.

I noticed during the game we were taking shots in them, particularly in the mid section. There were certainly some issues with strains etc. but some of it was good old fashioned physicalness.
