If there defense really is as bad as it look and plays that way, then we win the game. Our offense will find way's to score - on the ground or through the air if they aren't disciplined.Despite our offensive struggles, we’ve still got 75 more rushing yards per game than bama. 5.4ypc vs 5.0.
& they’ve only thrown for 25 more yards per game.
Milton at 73%, 191 rtg.
Nico at 66%, 149.3.
Both sacked 11 times.
Yeah, home crowd is going to play a huge role again. If there defense really is as bad as it look and plays that way, then we win the game. Our offense will find way's to score - on the ground or through the air if they aren't disciplined.
Our defense is elite and deep and should limit what they do. I think they will have some success but it won't be enough.
Home crowd helps us force some turnovers and we make a few more plays.
Spillman is out with a wrist injury. The only 5 LB's that played Saturday was Pili (2 snaps), Carter (53 snaps), Telander (67 snaps), Perry (35 snaps), and Smith (19 snaps). Will Telander or Carter get the green dot/helmet communication now with Pili out?Who was backing up Telander? Spillman is 3rd on depth chart (for what that’s worth)…
I saw Jalen Smith & Kalib Perry, but not Spillman.
They definitely do stuff like that. It's hard to deal with fan bases for families & players when you have to deal with the idiots of other fan bases on top of our own idiots.Yeah family members just need to stay off social media or steel their resolve. Anyone can make a burner account and troll anonymously as a fan of another team. (as we know from countless over the years on this forum alone).
I'd hire him immediately as an assistant coach/analyst of some sort. Give him his start in the business. He'll be great at whatever he does, imo. That sucks. At least we got Pili back for the first half of this season. I Hate that he missed last year and the rest of this year. He’s been such a key in our early defensive success. He was always in the right run gap and felt like he never lost contain.
I'm surprised no one has made this connection on relation to our penalties. . .I appreciate you going through the game again and posting the missed calls. It let's me know my eyes/brain are still working just fine. Maybe it'll help others see what's happening in SEC play and how "blind" the officials are when it comes to calling penalties during TENNESSEE games.
Great job.
