The underlined is an ignorant thing to write, seeing that the argument has been "could" as opposed to "would".

Again, if you're not familiar with researched projections, then the ignorance isn't with 'them'.

If you have different possible projections that are more likely than the ones in question (namely that UT could be left out at 10-2), then by all means, engage and support. Otherwise...?
