There are some good dual medium guys for sure, but radio is a totally different animal from TV, so I'd prefer someone who's spent their career doing it well instead of someone who's dabbled in it as a side gig for major games where ESPN wants to tout big names for a broadcast in order to draw viewers (or listeners rather).

Some of the greatest play by play radio announcers done well in broadcasting games on T.V.

Opening your first 4 SEC games on the road with the first one at Bama reminds me of those ******* 2000's schedules where we'd open with Uf and essentially put our season on life alert out the gate.
