So, what about Georgia?I’m saying that if we were winning games 45-28 instead of 25-10 we would have a lot better chances of getting in with 2 losses. At the end of the day this is a business and offensive fireworks grab a lot of eyeballs and the attention of the committee so take that for what it’s worth.
I’m not saying that it’s right whatsoever but yes I 100% believe we are being punished by the media for winning with defense rather than offense.
Correct, but in the projections we are arguing about Texas wins the reg season.Actually, Tennessee is in 1st place in the SEC.

Interesting that hasn't been widely reported?
Win and we still have to beat Vandy. Most years Vandy is a gimme, but they've challenged some good teams this year, so we shouldn't take them for granted.Biggest game at Tennessee in a while - very cool to be playing for the SEC championship game and a spot on the playoffs.
Win and you are in Atlanta as the 1 seed.
And you secure a spot in the playoffs and maybe a first round bye.
Not just the media our very own legion of miserable on this board agree with it too, but that’s not a surprise. This team has a lot of doubters which I am good with. We have lost 7 straight to Georgia so nobody is going to pick us to win with good reason. Up to the team to prove them wrongOh, so now I see the narrative. You can lose to Vandy and UT but still be better. Your offense can be garbage as your QB throws 3 picks every game, but our offense isn’t high octane, so we aren’t good enough. You can lose to Kentucky AT HOME and still be better than a team that only has losses on the road. This stuff is absolutely nonsense that media members create.
