Ole Miss blitzed a team we lost to.The UK and Miss St games were "horrible" based on your expectations, perhaps. They were not horrible per se.
Compare:
UK 20, Ole Miss 17
Georgia 13, UK 12
Tennessee 28, UK 18
Tennessee 33, Miss St 14
Texas 35, Miss St 13
Georgia 41, Miss St 31
They did but that also goes both ways. Kentucky beat Ole Miss @ Ole Miss. Scorewise, we would have dominated Kentucky. WRs dropped several sure TD throws.Ole Miss took a team we lost to to the woodshed.
Bama smashed Mizzou.
This isn't 98 though.The

The '98 team had several semi "close" games. I'm not comparing us as a team to them but we are winning in similar fashion. Dominant defense and run game. Passing game execution has been lacking but Nico has looked better, the receivers just needed to catch better.
I'm not saying my argument is perfect.Mizzou isn’t good though…and Arkansas isn’t the same team when their QB is hurt…also did bama look dominate vs Vandy? Ole miss lost to Kentucky…so you not see the holes in your argument? Or do we need to keep playing this game?
If the offense would’ve dominated the last few weeks, none of us or the media would be talking about leaving UT off.We haven't looked dominant in any SEC game this year. That is clear to see.
What is also clear to see is that our defense does look dominant so it's allowed us to not be so dependant on the offense - it backfired against Arkansas but it has worked in every other game.
Starting Saturday this offense needs to step up and start to playing at a high level.
The offense can figure it out and the defense continues to dominate we will be a scary playoff team.

UGA has 2 Elite wins.
Definitely get that...Throughout the last 15 or so years, Bama's defense held for the most part. Only saying that because this team's defense has been compared to those past teams' level of defense. If the offense would’ve dominated the last few weeks, none of us or the media would be talking about leaving UT off.
I get our defense has looked amazing, but WHO we have we played other than Bama?
Let’s say we get the 11th or 12th seed. Does our defense hold against OSU then AGAIN against a top 4 team? I’m not sure.
Let’s put it all to rest by beating the **** out of UGA. That’s the best way to do it.
I'm not denouncing them.Ole Miss lost to a team (LSU) that got blitzed by at home by a team we beat (Bama) and also lost to a bad team at home (UK) that we beat.
UGA lost to a team we beat.
If your post means you’re taking into account Ole Miss beating ARK while we lost to them, you must also take into account these things.
Which really good 2 road wins are you referring to?...I know UGA's win over Clemson was a neutral site game in Atlanta which is more UGA country than it is Clemson.I'm not denouncing them.
UGA did lose to a team we beat, but you can't ignore the 2 really good road wins.
Bama is in because they're Bama, that LSU win is really good, and a road loss doesn't really hurt as bad.
The real comparison I believe is us and Ole Miss and the stats like them better.
