In 1994 the Vols went 7-4 in games where Peyton played significant snaps (including bowl). He finished 89/144 (62%) for 1100yds 11tds 6ints.

The game has changed, but Nico has led the Vols to 8-2 with 144/221 (65%) 1900yds 11tds 4ints with 2 regular season games left that we are highly favored. And that doesnt include last year's bowl game.

He's a freshman. You can't expect any freshman QB to come into the SEC and blow the doors off. Once in a blue moon a guy will (Manziel). If you can't see the leadership and the talent you are blind. If you can't see the very obvious flaws around him affecting his performances every week, you are blind.

Be patient. The goal is to finish 10-2. To do that with a freshman QB and majorly poor OL is an insane accomplishment. Nico is going to do great things for us, and he's got multiple years to do it.

That’s the decision we made firing Fulmer. Worked out great. We should definitely do that again.

Banks looks great facing awful offenses. Bama’s Milroe was almost ruled out with an injury according to their mods and insiders before the Tennessee game. Banks won’t elevate you to elite status. But make no mistake he isn’t the only one on the coaching staff. Even the Head Coach needs to take accountability. How does Tennessee get to elite status and quits taking ass ****ings by Georgia? Worse Georgia team in a decade almost and couldn’t beat them

What does Joey Halze even do? He clearly doesn’t game plan well. Banks needs to be evaluated. Everyone does. This is Tennessee we don’t expect to go a decade without beating an opponent

Fair. I still think 10-2 with a win over Bama and losses to Arkansas and UGA gets us in as it’s far more respectable than a win over UGA and losses to Kentucky and LSU.

As far as CFP playoffs go Tennessee probably trades positions with Georgia. Most likely 1st or 2nd team out looking in.

If BYU goes into Big 12 Championship game undefeated and loses a close game to a Colorado then both teams get in.
