Those are always tough. I would certainly pray on it. I doubt an altercation would give you any meaningful satisfaction in the long run. Might even cause more financial damage. You could probably have an attorney draft a letter for a small charge. That would at least get his attention. We did it to a homeseller that lied on disclosures and it worked.Going through a situation where is was wronged financially by a “friend”. Really really fighting myself over what to do. My instinct is to take action in a physical way, because if I press charges or file a lawsuit it will be more trouble than it’s worth, not to mention the passage in Matthew 5:40 if a man takes your coat…. He probably needs the money more than I do. It’s just burning me up to not do anything. I think Jesus would want me to let it go, but that’s so tough for me to stomach
