Twitter is running with a 20-22 million a year number; however, I think it mistakingly comes from the On3 article talking about the deal and the recent house settlement.

With the multibillion-dollar House settlement, schools will opt-in to a revenue-sharing agreement, with the option to share roughly $20 to $22 million per year with players.
