Listening to The Swain Event this morning, McKee was speaking on Brooks at safety. Said that WM trusts Brooks on the field as he knows where every player is supposed to line up. Also believes he can make plays in open space.
Swain made a good counter stating that Turrentine started every scrimmage last fall, but McCollough still started during the regular season.

I’ll say this much about the naming rights deal, Danny White continues to be as proactive and as imaginative as any AD in the country. We knew these deals were coming eventually, and Tennessee is one of the first programs now to officially sign one.

I trust DW completely. I think this is arguably the best way the naming rights could have been handled. We knew he was going to have to do something eventually, otherwise we’d get left behind.

I wouldn’t want @Jackcrevol as my GM…. There are legit complaints such as letting the farm system become depleted and taking on too much salary for marginal players. They have still done a good job overall… Its very hard to recover from losing players of Acuna’s and Strider’s abilities.

Exactly not to mention Harris being out most of the season.

Albies is on one of the most team friendly deals I’ve ever seen and isn’t even 30 yet. Not sure why he thinks it would be a good idea to trade him

Not crazy about it either but thank goodness they aren’t changing the name of the stadium or field. About as least bad as it could be in this day and age.

Shockingly enough athletic departments run on money. Pilot sponsorship is huge for the program. Purists will just have to get over it. Just like the ones who had a hissy fit when the baseball team wore black in the final game.

I’m thinking I’m taking Memphis & NDSU against FSU & Colorado week 1. What a stupid matchup for both teams. Memphis has the better QB over Free Shoes U, and NDSU has the better overall program than whatever that is Deion is doing.
