Cheatham Middle School has been forced to rebrand after the Middle Tennessee school received a cease-and-desist letter from the University of Cincinnati.

Just change the look of the mascot. How can you trademark the actual name of an animal? That would be like UGA saying they had trademarked "bulldog".

I think it’s because the 4 byes are conference champs but one of those is Boise State, who’s ranked 11 but gets the bye (4 seed) so that pushes everyone else back a spot or two.
