Recruiting Football Talk VIII

Looks like Bluff Mtn range in the background, but I don't know where that picture is.
That is from 1941. The picture is take from the north looking south on Clinton hwy at the intersection with Merchant Dr. The barn would be where Walgreens sits now. That's Sharps ridge in the background.

Man. They do good work. But watching other people do trick shots, on a cpu. Get off my lawn!
My son growing up during that time at the age of 8-13 loved it so I enjoyed watching it with him and doing our own trick shots. Their rage monster videos are actually funny and entertaining as well as the stereotypes. Hard to find really funny comedy stuff that is something you can watch with your entire family. Love those guys.

True. As far as GT goes, I have a hard time having too much sympathy for them. Officiating aside, they had more opportunities than you could count on two hands to win that game. Play calling in overtime was horrible. Georgia was sending the house almost every play. Run a shovel pass, something quick. GT kept calling slow developing pass plays.
This is true. Tech still had plenty of opportunities to win that game. The big call to me was the targeting on the fumble but hard to know what targeting is anymore.

Look, that officiating crew last night was from the ACC. I dont think it was rigged in favor of uga because of that, I just think that crew genuinely sucked that bad
GT got multiple huge calls in OT, including giving the ball to GT on 1.5 yd line lol

I’m still 10 pages but just wanted to say BRAVO👏
I went to bed last night Tech up 20-6 with about 6-7 minutes to go. I got up at 5am and checked ESPN app for final score, I just knew Tech had won and I was over the moon about it. 😱 UGA in 8 OTs👀
Reading the last 30+ pages I could “see” the game. I’ve never gotten so mad about bad calls that I wasn’t seeing🤬🤣

Think we can all agree, if the league has rigged games to get more teams into the playoffs in order to make $$$ (do the office get a cut? I have no idea) then they've done a fantastically awful job at it. Should be a 4-team league, bare minimum. More like 5.

"let" Ole Miss lose to UF

"let" tamu lose to Auburn

"let" Bama get ran through by OU

Then let GT beat UGA if not for a last minute fumble by King.

They're truly awful at this rigging shiz, especially given they have the most talented teams in the country to rig it for 😅
