On “Majors Family Day,” undefeated Penn St came to Knoxville to close out the regular season. PSU had Lydell Mitchell and Franco Harris and was averaging 44 pts a game. The Nittany Lions outgained the Vols, but UT had a secret weapon......Bobby Majors and the rest of the defense. Majors had two punt returns for 82 yrds and a Touchdown and two kickoff returns for 113 yrds. Conrad Graham returned a fumble 76 yrds for a td and Jackie Walker returned an interception 43 yrds for a touchdown in the Vols 31-11 victory.

I've never had Skyline Chili. I hadn't even heard of it til someone on here was talking about it.

I need some deer meat. Do you mix any other type of meat with it? I like slow cooking it in a crock pot. Man at work says he uses a pressure cooker. I've never tried that. I wonder if you can tell a difference cooked that way?

Skyline puts cinnamon in their chili and it isn’t a little.

I am a purest. The only time I mix anything with deer is if I’m making burgers or sausage. A couple of my favorite deer meals

Deer roast can be bone in
1 jar of pepperchinis juice and all
1 onion sliced
2 cups of sliced mushrooms
Salt and pepper
Put in a crock pot cook on medium all day

Get hoagie rolls face up on a pan toast in the oven

Put provolone cheese on and melt after roasting
Add Mayo and meat mixture

I have heard of people pressure cooking deer but I have never tried it. Some swear it’s the best way to do it.

Cade Phillips is going to be a lot better than I originally thought. The kid is athletic and is 100 mph the whole time he is in the game. Still skeptical on Dubar though, maybe he works out in the end.

Lanier is a great scorer.

Cade Phillips reminds me so much of Fulky. I really hope he follows the same trajectory.
