2021 OK State dropped 4 spots for losing in their title game. They have punished teams for losing and have also not...we really don't know what they'll do yet.

I think it's going to really come down to matchups, and if the decision is to protect Ohio State, Penn State, or Indiana in the first round they'll want to give Ohio State the best option.

Could get real crazy. Say Texas loses and Ewers and Manning get injured in the game. How far to they drop?

What he didn't say was what happens if SMU loses to Clemson. Which is what the person was really asking about is the losers. Would SMU drop out of the bracket if they lose? He totally avoided that.

They talk out both sides of their mouths but the most delicious thing ever would be Alabama is in then Clemson wins and SMU drops to 11 and Bama is out🤣🤣🤣🤣

AP, CFP, Coaches were all in agreement here.

But it's really a silly comparison. Miami was going from #8...to #14 in AP. Moving past a bunch of teams with legitimate wins. Hard to blame anyone putting them in the back of the line, punishing their lack of big wins.

OSU was bumping up against 2 particular teams, which they had easily identifiable advantages over. Don't think Miami had the same argument. Unless they want to consider a week 1 win over 7-5 UF as their big one...

Nice to have a coach that doesn’t complain like kiffy and deboar…. His players are starting to take this mentality each class more and more

Not saying them specifically but what happens if any of the losing teams have injuries to a key player. Will that affect their seeding? It has in the past. Say Boise wins but loses Jeanty, PSU loses and Allar gets injured, Georgia loses and Beck injured, etc.

They have a good defense, two really good receivers, a good RB, and an ok QB. We can absolutely beat them. They are definitely not a dominant team and their offense isn't as dynamic as it has been in recent years. My main concern is that our team is able to mentally be ready for a big stage and moment like a playoff game.

Have they played a defense as good as ours though…. I don’t thing so imo
