In between... Lots of discussing needed, if the floor is open for discussion. Personally, I don't think they move a lot around if they stick to what Ward said last week. They have to drop SMU, tx and psu. I don't think you keep ND at 5. And nobody else played. So I see it like this:

We lost by 7 to the #2 in the country in a must win game. I don't think we're as bad on the road as people make us out to be.

It’s still hard for me to fathom that the Committee just basically ignored Notre Dame’s historic loss to NII. I know that in a 12-team field, losses like that will be forgiven more often, but it really shouldn’t be.

If you lose on your home field to a bottom feeder from the MAC where you were favorited by 35-40, you shouldn’t get a mulligan.

This is like if the NFL Playoffs were subjective. They'd put the Cowboys in every year if given the chance.

The only one that would have had a chance to score more than 17 to us on that list is Penn St.

Not exactly a murderers row of offenses.

Held them to 15, 13, 7 points respectively. Their defense is not bad. Anyone thinking a road Tennessee team will score a ton of points on them is hoping for the unlikely.

I think Oregon is beatable. Neutral site, their defense isn't great. More worried about OSU on the road to be honest.

Model i typically post doesn't like our matchup. The good news is we seem to be playing better and they seem to be playing worse. More importantly no pressure on us and the pressure could not be higher on OSU.

Plus we got a post season hit man in Heupel.

Listen I don’t think they have a bad defense but when you are touting Iowa’s ppg in defense of how low they held them down you are on the wrong side of the argument. They aren’t better than any other defense we have already faced this year. My point was our defense which is statistically the same as theirs would have had the same results against that weak schedule.
