Interested to see how we handle dry cold weather. Being from the warm and humid south, it does numbers on me. I remember stepping off the plane in NYC in December, around 6 degrees, and my nose immediately started bleeding lol

It will be around 30 degrees. Dry cold is easier/feels more comfortable to your body than humid cold. Similarly how dry hot is easier on your body than humid hot.

Listen I don’t think they have a bad defense but when you are touting Iowa’s ppg in defense of how low they held them down you are on the wrong side of the argument. They aren’t better than any other defense we have already faced this year. My point was our defense which is statistically the same as theirs would have had the same results against that weak schedule.

Iowa is very very different on offense this year. Their not the meme of bad offense anymore.

I agree our defense would have the same result, that's what worries me. Our offense would not so well against our own defense on the road lol

It’s still hard for me to fathom that the Committee just basically ignored Notre Dame’s historic loss to NII. I know that in a 12-team field, losses like that will be forgiven more often, but it really shouldn’t be.

If you lose on your home field to a bottom feeder from the MAC where you were favorited by 35-40, you shouldn’t get a mulligan.

Army is ND's best win.

This endless wailing and gnashing of teeth over strength of schedule, imbalanced conferences, records that are hard to compare, are all why the endless tinkering with this sport was (and is) a mistake. The quirks of college football, the things that made it unique, are why the sport is so special. You want balanced schedules and super conferences and what not, the NFL is right there waiting for you.
