Recruiting Football Talk VIII

WHO WES!?!? What a STUPID ass take

Barry Sanders? Because that's it. I get he's in the MTN West, but good lord you have to be willingly blind and biased to not recognize how much of a freak Jeanty is.

If the coach left him all 4 quarters of every game he has 3,000+ yards.

So basically, a 3,000 yard rusher or the guy who broke Barry Sanders' record lost the Heisman.
Hasn't broken it yet. 2 other guys in front of him as well. Melvin Gordon and Kevin Smith.

Honestly, I do like Blanton's but I really think blade and bow is at least as good, if not better, for a lot better price.

Is that Isaac Bowmans your referencing? If so, I have a bottle of that I think. Going to a bourbon tasting tonight... May break it out.
John J Bowman is the single barrel

Yeah or dofu sports app. It's free, but you can always find a live stream on youtube for free. Even streams for men's sports on SECN+ are on dofu.
Yah. The Mercer game was not on my YTTV broadcast yesterday, but I found it on YT.

I'm still not sure how the games stay up on YT LIVE. They used to find them and **** them down.

Yeah I know, but I'm saying he practically has already broken it since he's sat for about 6 qtrs. Like, if coach didn't rest him, he'd have the record and then some. Would they have still given it to Travis?

MG and KS also have a whole game on him.

It’s definitely a long way from what most of us grew up with and why we fell in love with college sports. I don’t think what is happening is sustainable and in the long run doesn’t favor a school like Tennessee. We simply don’t have the resources of a lot of the much larger universities. We got out in front of it and got a good start which might benefit us for a few years but long term there are many more universities that we simply can’t compete with in terms of money, alumni, etc. I’m afraid it turns into just a few wealthy teams buy all the talent like MLB. We will just have to see where it goes but for now I’m just going to enjoy the ride.
I see it differently. The mercenary players with no heart will flock to the high dollar teams with no soul. It will work for a while (uga, texas, osu), but not always (ole miss, bama).

Sustainable development will always work for others (Oregon, Tennessee). The route to success is more likely our way than theirs.

The coaches who push for the highest paid teams will ultimately lose not only their team, but the fanbase, their donors and ultimately their job. For example, watch the plight of day and kiffin. Day’s seat is hot and will go nuclear if he loses to Tennessee. He will coach to not lose and essentially coach scared for his job. The osu fans will storm the field when they lose to Tennessee, but not in joyous celebration rather to catch Day for some tar and feathers.
Just watch. 😈

We will triumph in the end! DW is doing it right. Our coaches are not chasing the mercenaries in any sport and it saves our fans heartache and frustration over wasted money. Just watch. 😎

14-2 🤠

Appletini?

Btw, after his wife pees on his leg...

Just read his brief Bio. He met his wife Nina playing teeball, she's been with him ever since. His Dad committed suicide when he was very young, so he's been man of house for a long time. Mom raised him solo.

😐🫥 Respect.
