WVLT is talking about Bob Kesling and his love of the buckeye. Just another reason why I never fully accepted him.



WATE did a special on Kesling a few years ago. He grew up in Ohio, his dad was a drum major for the buckeyes, and Kesling wanted to walk on at Ohio State. Unfortunately, his parents couldn't afford tuition, so he ended up in Knoxville and walked on for UT. And the rest is history.

What a turn of events.

If only he could have called the games for Ohio State. "Welcome to An Ohio State University. It's time to root for the Starlet and Gays and coach Ryan Night".

Tulane is terrible.

Lagway has the physical attributes. Good athlete, good arm, quick release, nice touch. Where he lacks right now is field vision and awareness. He’s thrown two terrible INTs tonight. Balls he had no business throwing. Sometimes it looks like he doesn’t have a “feel” for a play (like the one you described).

If that’s a freshman problem that he remedies next year, he will be special. If not, he’ll be a good, but not great QB.

think a lot of dudes in his can hit ball far, and well. Not all of them can throw 97.

That is rare. That is a smooth swing. Very easy, balanced w/ good pull through. Pretty long though. Generates a lot of power through hips and thighs.

Reminds me a lot of Helton's swing.
