First time I read it was on a T-shirt in high school…right after Tony Robinson’s drug arrest.

Or just drink some water too once in a while lol. I'm terrified of kidney stones, but I'm not giving up iced tea. Started drinking a big glass of water right when I wake up and in between glasses of iced tea in the afternoon.

I think B has a lot to do with it. We’re slowly improving in so many areas but having all our rivals negatively recruiting against us over the NCAA nonsense really held us back for years.
