They out played us....period. We were playing checkers, they were playing chess. We had no answers for what they were doing and our OL was out matched from the get go. Their offense made our defense look mediocre at best. Is it just a bad game or is it a sign of some real weak spots, everybody has an opinion but the fact remains we were not good tonight.

I think the boring offense is on trust in Nico.

We will hopefully see some more stuff next year.

They basically did exactly what Georgia does to us. They have the guys to do it because the D Line can control without requiring extra guys.

Jimmies vs Joes. Teams like Ohio St. and UGA are consistently in the top 5 in recruiting and most recruits are in the top 100.

I had an inkling something like this might happen - didn't think it'd be this bad, but did start to wonder while watching the other games if homefield is an insurmountable advantage in the playoff, particularly when the visiting team has never been in the playoff before.

With that said, I love the Vols!

We are better than their B team but not as good as their A team.

We played two of the top 3 most talented teams in the country on the road this year. That’s really tough.

Coaching and play calling have to get better.

But we know the game now and we know what it takes.

If we don’t do what it takes then I will start to disconnect.

But go make the moves to get better and let’s get a home playoff game next year.

Truth. And Danny White has shown he’ll do whatever it takes. Heupel needs to be willing as well.

I love Heupel but he really is not a great evaluator of QBs/talent. He went all in on Milton and now Nico. We could have 2 better quarterbacks on this roster for less than the price we are paying Nico.

Sanders and Warren need to play if there’s not a good portal guy and if Heard doesn’t take a big step next year. I have faith in Matthew’s and Staley to improve but we need a portal guy badly. Hopefully someone in the playoffs enters portal when their team is done so we can snag. We have to spend the money.

It is easy to get caught in the moment and say fire this coach or that coach. Best decisions are generally made when you take time to make a decision. However, I do think there is enough evidence for Heupel to look at letting the Elarbee go. Know real development of any HS player he's brought in. All three loses basically come down to bad oline play.

Will say, respect for Jeremiah Smith, that guy is a pro, young man with a good head on his shoulders. He’s unbelievably talented. Built like a grown man too.

Will Howard is the typical Duke PG from 20 years ago that everybody hates. No respect for him.

10 win seasons are nothing to shake a stick at. Always going to have great memories. We beat Alabama and Florida. I will always enjoy those tears. Nico is a bad man. Lewis is a dog. Appreciative of Mays and Spraggins.

This is one of the top programs in Country. We have all resources, period. Anyone with .oz of pride, who wants to win will see what it takes, better players and more talent.

The fanbase will be galvanized around the talent disparity and vying for changes. Will Huep make them? Ellarbee is a liability, Pope may be also.

That’s where I am at as well…obviously Ellarbee is a liability and I want to see some improvement from our wide receivers or Pope needs to look around.

We gave up 42 points in 3 quarters. The one facemask didn’t decide the game. We should have responded and we didn’t. We haven’t been able to land haymakers this year. Gotta figure out how to.
