If they’re getting freebies from the government, then yes there should be stipulations. That’s what a scholarship is. Nobody is forcing the players to accept the agreement.

I am not bashing CJH. I hope he is here and succeeds for years to come.

It is fair to look at weak spots in an organization after a season. Baseball and basketball have been near the top of their sports for several years. Football isn’t quite there yet as they have yet to seriously compete for a conference title.

I do wonder if the crooked NCAA just surrendered without a fight on transfers because it was clear which way the court would rule, or if they had adopted a strategy of making everything as bad as they can on purpose to try to instigate discontent that they hope to ride back in on.

What about staff changes going forward? Does Banks stay? If not, does Inge get promoted from within? Is Martinez still retiring? If so, who might be a target to replace him? Any changes to the Offensive side of the ball? OC? OL? When might we know?

You can’t say that. You have no idea how Boo is going to approach this. Our staff should not tolerate selfish, demanding players. I am not saying he is selfish and demanding, but one player cannot be allowed to be a dictator.

A college football game and the players involved, which I have season tickets to attend, have nothing to do with justice or fairness.

Very few true freshman could make an impact on both sides of the ball. Those players who can be stars on both sides are usually generational talents. Carl Pickens and Travis Hunter. I can’t think of many more. Charles Woodson played mostly defense. Even Pickens played mostly offense later in his college career.

One game is about as close as you can get. I would equate the playoff to a SS probably. We are getting there.
