Too much work. I need to be able to do @VolsDoc81TX 's after work routine all day long.Self service car wash
About to welcome #2 into the world. Had to move the bike setup into the garage along with the wife’s treadmill. We just got the treadmill, but I’ve had the bike trainer for well over a year. I’m at my largest because I am just beat after each day with work and just a single 2-yr old (and probably due to sugar in the coffee). Gonna change that with everything now set up in the garage. One thing that might help is getting an app that recruited a sub . I don’t have a device that measures heart rate, calories, anything else. I used to use My Fitness Pal back when I lost 30 lbs for our wedding. Probably should get that app back and get a device, too.You got this!
My Samsung watch is durable and has been crucial in helping me stay focus. I'd recommend it if you have Android.
Cardio machine big board:
1. Rower
2. Bike
3. Elliptical
4. Treadmill
5. Being kicked in the nuts
28373563. Stairmaster
Getting started is definitely tough but once you put that time in pen on the calendar, it's easier. Gotta have it on a schedule. Otherwise you'll lounge out of the time you have. I've done it.
Keep at it and remember how much better you feel when your second guessing it.
Same. I’ve got the Fenix 7x and have run two 100 mile races- both times it ended with battery. The last one I used the navigation the whole time (30hrs) and it still had 34% left. Awesome watch. My Garmin watch is incredible. I get close to 30 days on a charge. It can do all the fitness stuff, tracks my sleep, O2 levels, etc. It also controls the stereo on my boat, can control the auto pilot, and mirror the displays on my boat.
Galatians 5:22-23 But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, self-control. Against such there is no law. This one is a struggle of mine for sure.
December 31, 2024: This is a time when it will be vital to exhibit the fruit of the Spirit. Rise above your carnal nature and give those around you a break from scrutiny and judgment, whether it is expressed outwardly or just in your thoughts. Either way, it is a curse. Galatians 5:22-23 But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, self-control. Against such there is no law.
Second the rowing machine recommendation! A concept 2 is loud as a Knoxville home game but it’s a great workout that I’ve been able to be consistent doing. $1,000 and it lasts forever. You got this!

Never said I thought he was ready. To me that question is irrelevant. He's a freshman. It's expected he won't be as prepared as upperclassmen. The question should be could he have helped us? And IMO he could have given the talent he displayed in his limited opportunities. It's no different than DJ Lagway at Florida. Was he ready this year? Prolly not. But he was the most talented player at that position and despite a competent upperclassmen being ahead of him Florida still found a way to give him playing time. Eventually he got better with experience and closed the season strong.
If our receivers were 2022 good I'd be cool with bringing Mike Matthews along slowly. But we struggled at receiver this year and dealt with injuries. To me that's when you accelerate the growth process for a young guy rather than getting hung up on if he's ready. He's a freshman. He's not supposed to be ready. But if he's talented he can still help you. And that's what good coaches bank on. The young player giving you more good than bad.
