He is only been here 4 and you realize that he has taken us from Garbage Dump and ran off 3 years of winning that only Fulmer did in a easier SEC. Not our Legendary Coach Majors has accomplished this. So I believe He and his Staff have done wonderful work here. No they are not perfect and have things to work on but I just don't understand many of you and hatred towards our staff. Unbelievable. Sorry back to Mr Keys who will look wonderful in Orange and White. In CHRIST Alone

in this offense, we would be filthy.

I know they all pretty much had their issues and Da'Rick ran out of BBW on campus so he left before playing with Cordarelle. But the pure talent was probably the best we've accumulated in the skill position in my adult era.

Cordarrelle is biggest freak ive ever seen. Someone that big shouldnt move like that.

At the end of the day yes players have to make plays. As a coach part of your job is getting guys in school to catch a football if you are a skill player type coach though. You have responsibility for said unit. The kids who dropped passes consistently are no longer here. We have a new crop of guys. If the same problems happen, which has been the theme for 2 years now..... First it was Joe throwing missiles they couldn't catch now it is Nico who throws a live ball as well. Thornton dropped a freaking sideline route at GA that hit him in both hands at his chest in a big moment. We failed to get guys who could make plays when it mattered most. It is still Pope's responsibility to evaluate talent and bring in player's to perform. The definition of insanity comes to mind. Especially IF the same group is underwhelming again this season

And at other times they flat out make wrong decisions. But in aggregate they will be right much more often. But yeah, let's focus on the fact that they are not always right as an acceptable justification for why the opinions of ill-informed fans should carry some sort of clout and not be called out for what they are.

Who said fan opinion should carry clout with the coaches? I clearly said the coaches will do what they do. It's what they get paid for. But some of you get offended when opinions are expressed that the coaches made wrong decisions. This is a fan message board where we state our opinions. I don't expect the coaches are reading VN to see what our opinions are. But FFS, people need to stop getting offended any time an opinion is expressed that disagrees with the coaches. It's okay to have those opinions and in no way damages the program.

And others should probably stop getting offended when they express an opinion and others discuss it, including why they disagree.

If we're all going to just assume offense any time we discuss or disagree about opinions, then let's adults just pack our stuff up and leave it for the pre-teens.
