During all the craziness the past 5 years, Texas Roadhouse has been one of the few businesses that didn't lose their minds.

Yep. Their 20 oz bone in ribeye is around $30. I get it a couple of times a year. I try to discretely clean the bone with a knife and fork but I always end up chewing on it like an old saint bernard. It really turns my wife on.

I like that delicious, red meat and marrow "butter" and you can't get those flavors without the bone. It also looks pretty cool and I get to feel like a "high roller" a couple of times a year.

*unfortunately, everyone around me thinks I'm imitating John Popper at Blues Traveler concert. It's a side effect of eating the marrow.
