I believe the 2nd blurb in your post is probably the situation with the recent 3 added to scholarship. We had so many go out medical hardship last year .. that their scholarships are now available to back count. We probably had to wait for NCAA to approve the scholarships being available.

All awesome points! Now that the coaches have deemed 3 PWO’s as worthy of scholarships, we can take at face value that they’re a factor in our future roster...Montgomery in particular. Like immediately adding 3 recruits.

Re-read 15.5.6.4.2

If all 3 wait until Spring they won't need to be initial counters since they would simply be taking the scholarships from the players that transferred during the academic year.

That rule combined with the others still
Means they count on the next classes 25. You need to notice that the rule says that they don’t count toward that academic calendar year 25 limit but it doesn’t mention the next year which other rules cover


That rule is just saying you can replace one of the 85 if they leave.

Nah...he is a really good QB...but so are others.

I think he's definitely better than average but when any team manages to pressure Bama, he looks a lot more like other good/decent QB's.

Really don't like that this happened to him but no more so than the other players that have dealt with major issues. Not Tua's fault but the media has made the situation ridiculous, to me anyways.

Honestly has some of the best deep ball accuracy I have ever seen, seems like he hits those wide-outs for Bama in stride 9/10 times
